AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS
We are AWMB Sp. z o.o. ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), registered in Poland at Świeradowska 47, Warszawa 02-662, NIP: PL5213914005.
We operate https://mbtrening.com (the "Site") and all related services (the "Services"), including:
• Live interactive Zoom fitness classes (HIIT, yoga, anime-themed workouts)
• On-demand recorded workout sets
• Progress tracking and community features

These Legal Terms are a binding contract. By using the Services, you accept all terms. If you disagree — stop using immediately.
Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use = acceptance.
Age: 18+ only. Minors prohibited.

1. HEALTH & LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
You exercise at your own risk. We are not doctors.
1. Physical Risk: Workouts involve intense activity. You may suffer injury, illness, or death.
2. No Medical Advice: Content is informational only — not a substitute for medical care.
3. Your Responsibility: You confirm:
• You are fit to exercise
• You have consulted a doctor if needed (pregnant, injured, over 65, etc.)
4. Release: You release and discharge AWMB Sp. z o.o., instructors, and agents from all liability for harm from using the Services.
5. Indemnity: You will compensate us for claims due to your misuse.
6. Zoom: Camera optional. No recording without consent.
Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or distress.

2. OUR SERVICES
Digital fitness platform delivered via web/app and Zoom. Not compliant with HIPAA/FISMA/GLBA. Local laws apply.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content (videos, classes, anime themes) © AWMB Sp. z o.o.
Personal use only. No copying, sharing, or commercial use.
You assign us rights to your Submissions (feedback, ideas) — no compensation.

4. USER REPRESENTATIONS
You warrant:
• Info is true
• You are 18+
• You will follow laws
• No bots/scraping

5. REGISTRATION
Keep password secure. We may remove inappropriate usernames.

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENT
Cycle: Monthly, auto-renewing
Price: Shown in local currency (e.g., 89,99 zł / €19.99 / $19.99)
Payment: Visa, Mastercard, BLIK, Przelewy24, Apple Pay, Klarna, etc.
Tax: VAT/GST added per local law
Changes: 30-day notice + your consent
Auto-Renewal Reminder: Email 3 days before renewal with price, date, and cancel link.

7. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancel anytime — as easy as subscribing (DSA/UOKiK compliant)
How:
1. Account → Billing → “Cancel” (1-click)
2. Email: cancel@mbtrening.com
3. Chat: 9:00–18:00 CET
Effect:
• Access until end of paid period
• Immediate stop of billing
• Confirmation email within 1 hour

8. REFUNDS & 14-DAY WITHDRAWAL (EU/PL MANDATORY)
EU/PL: 14-day full refund unless waived
UK/AU: 14-day cooling-off
US: 7-day pro-rata if unused
Global: 7-day pro-rata
Waiver Checkbox (EU/PL — unchecked by default):

No waiver? Full refund within 14 days to original method.

9. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
No harassment, recording Zoom, bots, commercial use, or illegal acts. Violations = immediate termination.

10. PRIVACY POLICY

• Health data (logs, attendance): Explicit consent required
• Data in EU (Poland/Frankfurt)
• Your rights: access, delete, export
• Zoom: Voice/image processed only with opt-in

11. TERM & TERMINATION
We may suspend/terminate anytime for breach. No new accounts if banned.
