Interactive Online Group Classes

Online classes, where we meet via Zoom and train together with an Instructor

  • Stretching exercises for all muscle groups, at a calm pace. Tailored to various ages and health conditions. Comfortable clothing and a pleasant space (mat, blanket) on the floor for lying down are recommended. Can be done barefoot. Sessions last approximately 50 minutes.
  • Power Pump - Strengthening exercises. A set of exercises divided into muscle groups, performed to the rhythm of music, on the floor, with individually available equipment: barbell, dumbbells, resistance band, and using body weight. Comfortable sportswear, ankle-stabilizing footwear, and water for drinking are recommended. Sessions last approximately 50 minutes.
  • ABT - Abs, Butts, and Thighs - Strengthening exercises. A set of exercises divided into series targeting the lower body, performed to the rhythm of music, on the floor, with individually available equipment or using body weight. Comfortable sportswear, ankle-stabilizing footwear, and water for drinking are recommended. Sessions last approximately 50 minutes.
